I'm sad to see Dr. Jeremy Lyon retire as Superintendent of Frisco Independent School District. He was an amazing leader to work with when I was a FISD student. He never forgot our names, and he always wanted to make sure that he was serving the students first. Through the Superintendent's Student Advisory Panel, Dr. Lyon continued Dr. Rick Reedy's (Lyon's predecessor) effort to have direct student input affect district policies. Dr. Lyon cared deeply about the impact his job had on the students in Frisco, and it'll be very different with him gone.
